KuluCrete takes certification of its products very serious as this provides independent confirmation of our performance and reliability. As part of the certification we test our products periodically in our in house laboratory to ensure that it continues to conform to the highest standard. We also test a sample of every production run on each of the certified products and maintain thorough records of the tests. These facilities enable the company to compete for the most demanding building materials tenders in the region. The use of super cement and the compaction inherent in the PMSA system allows KuluCrete to produce a block which is 25 to 30% lighter than typical concrete blocks. Contributing to the company’s success has been a core of dedicated employees who have distinguished themselves in the challenging task of turning sand, stone, and cement into a large range of innovative building products. Another factor in KuluCrete’s success has been the maintenance of a large fleet of heavy-duty delivery trucks. The fleet, which is largely maintained in the factory’s own workshops, is essential to delivering to its customers the mega-output of the KuluCrete production facilities. We utilize state of the art vehicle tracking systems to ensure on time delivery. KuluCrete can supply a wide range of innovative building products in large quantities to satisfy trade and large project requirements.
