In the event that a Rose product must be returned to the factory for any reason, please call or FAX Rose technical support for a Return Authorization number before shipping back the unit. This number allows tracking of your return internally, and assures prompt and accurate handling. In the event that a returned product arrives with an invalid or voided RA number, it will be returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to the shipper. We request that our international customers please ship prepaid, door to door, via Postal Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any door to door courier. Rose has no facilities or arrangements to pick up any material at the airport, and material shipped to the airport for pickup will be returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense. Should a product fail to be in good working order at any time during this one year warranty period, Rose Electronics will repair or replace the product at no charge.
